Heather is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years experience in mental health services. An Arizona native, Heather is married with two children and understands the unique needs of young children and families.
Heather is rostered in Child Parent Psychotherapy, an approach to support children who have experienced trauma. She has also been trained in Circle of Security, a program to help caregivers connect with their children. Heather has earned Endorsement as an Infant Toddler Mental Health Specialist through the Infant Toddler Mental Health Coalition of Arizona.
Having graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Heather pursued her career as a social worker. After working in the field, she earned a Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. In addition to being a child therapist, Heather is a Clinical Supervisor and adjunct faculty at a local community college.
